ThumbLit is a small tool for YouTube creators to preview thumbnails in a realistic feed. It is currently free to use and does not require an account. By using ThumbLit, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. No guarantees

ThumbLit is provided as-is, without any guarantees about your performance on YouTube or any other platform. It is a visual aid only. You are responsible for how you use the tool and for any decisions you make based on it.

2. Your content

You keep full ownership of your thumbnails and any other content you load into the app. ThumbLit does not claim any rights to your content. Please only upload material you have the right to use.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use ThumbLit to create, preview, or share content that is illegal, hateful, or intended to harass or mislead others. If you abuse the tool or attempt to interfere with its operation, your access may be blocked.

4. Changes to the product and pricing

ThumbLit may change over time. Features may be added, removed, or updated. The tool is currently free, but paid plans or usage limits may be introduced in the future. If pricing or material terms change, the Terms will be updated and continued use of the product will mean you accept the new terms.

5. No warranties, limited liability

ThumbLit is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the creator of ThumbLit will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the tool.
